I bought a Code lock which was delivered just before Christmas 2012. My customer asked me to delay the fitting until the New Year, which I did. Unfortunately I lost some of the fittings of the lock which rendered it unusable, I thought oh dear what a waste. Then I sent an E-mail to Ironmongery Direct the supplier, explaining my problem and asking for the parts required which I expected to pay for and also the postage. Not only did I get the parts needed but they were sent to me free of charge. Now that is a service which goes beyond anything one could and should expect ,especially these days of austerity when all companies are feeling the pinch.
