Great prices but lack of customer care!

I ordered 16 bottles of whiskey which was all easy and straight forward. This was for personal use - so quite an investment and order! I was disappointed that I was not offered any kind of discount or even some sort of free gift! It's not often that one would spend this amount on one order!
