Started so well

Pick up was good driver polite and was on time, the text and email confirmation was comforting as it was booked online.

It was the total opposite with the pick up, I was 30 minutes early and called the contact number and informed them and somehow he booked another Cab? Then I got a phone call from the guy picking me up asking where I was and I explained, he then said he was in Terminal 1 which was interesting as I was in Terminal 5.

The reason I orgainsed a taxi is that due to my flights I left from Terminal 1 and came back to Terminal 5 so clearly didn't check the flight details that had been requested.

Finally when asked I suggested the M3 was quickest due to roadworks on M4, he ignored my suggestion and was surprised to find the roadworks which closed off our junction! While I applaud saving fuel to do it to the detriment of seeing out of the window by refusing to demist the windows is a little unnerving

Our system currently only allows return journeys to and from the same terminal although we can amend the bookings manually if requested.
We are glad the first leg of your journey was a good experience. We will take up issue the route chosen and demister issue on with the service partner and driver involved in our compliance process.
