Made an order of item on 31st August and delivery was quoted as being between 6-10th September. Called customer services on Monday who said it would be dispatched today and sure enough it's showing as dispatched today. Lots of people are having issues with late delivery but it seems that Extak source their items from Europe which might explain why the process takes so long. It's not easy getting hold of customer services but if you do they are quite helpful although you might have to try sending a few emails before you get a response via email..........lets face it they are not the only company that don't respond quickly to emails.
They have great prices so if they could clear up the 'customer services' and keep customers fully informed it would help to clear some of the bad reviews. I must admit I did have a knee jerk reaction when I saw the bad reviews but in regards to my order they should only be a couple of days over the stated delivery (if it arrives on time).
Latest update : Just received UPS tracking number via email and expect delivery tomorrow.
Would I use them again? Sure.
