Outstanding service

As most people I was a bit apprehensive ordering from a new company, but I must say what a great experience. I found on the website Fizan Everest walking poles at a really great price, being a bit wary I gave Banana fingers a quick call, was this for a pair or each, no madam thats a pair, fantastic so I ordered them, three days later a text to say they had been delivered. Alas no delivery, a quick call to Royal Mail, call Banana fingers they said, a quick call to Banana Fingers and hey presto, straight on the case , sorted so quick and now I have poles. They are coming with me on the 4 peaks challenge in June and as for Banana Fingers I shall buy more kit and have recommended them to everyone. What a fab company, great prices, great service and all with a cheery hello at the end of the phone.
