I have a big problem, my package is stuck at DHL Brisbane. Because you have not provided all the documents for customs clearance. Help me it is urgent, please contact DHL to provide all the documents for customs clearance. Also send me the documents by email. It is very urgent I need my equipment. It has been 5 days nothing happens!! I paid a delivery service and now I'm penalized.
This is the second problem. When I ordered my products your internet service told me that everything was in stock. Well no I had to wait almost 3 weeks before shipping.
