We had a quote from a plumber for our tenant's shower that had failed. He quoted £156 + vat to fix a nearly new shower.
On talking to Shower Doctor they said most likely was just the pressure valve which it was.

For under £30 I had the parts and advice how to fix it, it was a 5 minute job and the tenant is very happy :)

We all win... well apart from that plumber of course!
