Bad courier

Tortilla flipper delivered on time, but split in two within package. Unusable. No-hassle refund, but a big disappointment, especially when I phoned and was told, "we've been having a lot of complaints from customers about broken items in the last few weeks as we just got a new courier". Hint: get a proper courier before sending items out and losing customers.

Right, because Interlink, the UK's largest courier is not a proper courier. Do you really think we would use a courier that broke everything when we send out hundreds of parcels a month? There are 5 or 6 courier companies and they are all the same - statistically there is always a small chance of breakage due to the fact that we simply can't control what the end delivery driver does with the package. As I'm sure you know, some people are just less respectful than others. As you said, we offered you a hassle free refund or a replacement.
