Right, because Interlink, the UK's largest courier is not a proper courier. Do you really think we would use a courier that broke everything when we send out hundreds of parcels a month? There are 5 or 6 courier companies and they are all the same - statistically there is always a small chance of breakage due to the fact that we simply can't control what the end delivery driver does with the package.
