I returned a top for a refund after it's sharp sequins on the collar marked and irritated my daughter's neck when she'd tried it on. Asked for a refund but informed it was just over the returns time limit. Was told if I paid postage I could have it back. I asked for it to be returned as it is my property but they have not done so.
This was over a week ago and despite many many emails they will not reply which is simply rude and terrible customer service.
I note they do not have a contact number or give customers an oportunity to leave a review - very convenient!!
