Havens

I had confidence in Havens from start to finish.

From my first contact with Havens, I felt that they took my order seriously and would do their utmost to fulfill it.

There were difficulties. The item I wanted was in short supply and it was going to be a wait of some months. They advised me whenever they knew anything. The best the original supplier would do was let me know when the item became available. This wasn't good enough - I could easily have missed it.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending them very highly.
