Conned by next day delivery charge

I feel that there is ambiguity with the £5 next day delivery charge.I ordered on a Friday expecting delivery on the Saturday.
Whilst I later noticed the "end of working day" clause I feel miffed because all parcel delivery companies deliver on a Saturday.My parcel was delivered the following Monday!

You are correct that our couriers deliver on a Saturday - but do so at an additional charge - that's why we offer:

"Next Day Delivery: Delivery by end of next WORKING day..."
and
"Saturday Delivery: For Saturday Delivery."
