I booked a business trip with you, and as this was booked on a company credit card, i had to mark down the name on the card this was then made onto my booking so the people travelling was incorrect.
I called up as soon as i recived my conformation with the wrong details and was told this would be looked into and some one would get back to me within 24 hours as yet i still have not had any contact.
I had to call and pay £110!!! to change the name over with Ryan air and was told by Ebookers that this would be refunded back and this has not been.
I have used you before many off times due to the nature of business i work for it allows me to do alot of travelling.
Due to my bad experience i will not be booking through your website again.

You were advised that any change fee would be refunded if after the web logs of your browser session were checked it was found to be a website error.
A copy of the session has been provided to you and as the name was entered incorrectly as a result of user error we will not be in a position to consider providing a refund for you.
