Hotel direct has been very good, l e-mailed them with a query as to why the price of my hotel was reduced after l booked and also l noticed that if l booked the hotel as 1 adult and 2 chidren, the correct number in my party l had to pay extra for the childrens breakfast, but if l booked the room as 2 adults and 1 child l would only have to pay direct to the hotel breakfast for one child. Hotel Direct unexpectedly called me back and refunded me the diference on the room rate, they also change the booking so l only pay for one breakfast.
