I wont use you again

Twice I wrote and asked if my order had been delievered, as I didnt want to ask the reciipient as the gift was a surprise, and Im still waiting for an answer I have now heard from my family that the order did arrive. But for 3 days there I didnt know for sure but rest assured I will not use your company again,
