I have had an awful experience with eflorist, spoke to member of staff at 1pm for a pre-430pm same day delivery in birmingham city centre (not a rural location). Lady confirmed not an issue and I placed the order in good faith.
At 4.17pm got email stating we arent delivering as agreed upgrade or refund which would have been acceptable at 2pm to give me time to make alternative arrangements.
Everybody I spoke to couldnt see a problem, ruined my wifes day I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy
