OK but no product as yet

Comms started well but reduced. Item did not arrive. Waited 9 business days so far. I did request a refund as I purchased elsewhere. But as yet no reply. 15 days is a long time to wait for Royal Mail if you need an item pronto for flying.

I have looked into this order for you and contacted your local sorting office.
The sorting office will not provide information to me over the phone for security, however their number is 01623 753298.

Sadly it is Royal Mail who set the 15 working days until declared lost on 1st Class delivery, not us. We find this just as frustrating as you.

We would normally have to wait for the 15 working days to pass before offering refund or replacement, however as a goodwill gesture we have refunded this order for you.

For future orders, we would highly recommend a tracked service like Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcel Force Next Day.
For a more economy service, our Courier 1-2 day service will still offer a tracked service at a reduced price.
