Not great customer service and difficult online payments

Amazon payments feature not working on the site which makes payments more long winded.
I tried for a couple of days to get it to work, as im traveling and do not like putting in credit card details etc on random computers in internet cafes in foreign countries.
During my wait i missed out on a 15% valentine offer
When i wrote to explain that amazon was not working and i missed out on the code i just got a reply saying you can pay by credit card instead?

Not great service really and not happy with the company i have spent much money with in the past.

Shame as ive always loved the site and the products and service is usually amazing.
