The whole process was easy and stress free, I received the packaging quickly and sent the phone for free on a satuday. On the Thursday I got an email confirming receipt, another confirming it has been tested and passed, and another confirming payment had been made. The money was in my account the same day. I wouldn't use anyone else to recycle mobile phones!
