Fast Effective Service Shame About Delivery Costs

The item I ordered was out of stock at all the high street chemists due to manufacturing issues but the health counter had it. I was only disappointed about the amount I had to pay for delivery, I didn't want to order anything else to qualify for the free delivery. I also think that they could save money on packaging as it was sent in a fairly large box stuffed full of air bags when they could have just put it in a padded envelope.
