I placed my order on a Wednesday 3:30 pm. I knew it was not going to be dispatched that afternoon because I had missed the cutoff time by 1,5 hours. However, I did expect them to deliver Thursday in the afternoon. (Order placed 3:30pm, ready to dispatch next AM, distributed during the next day, product with me next day PM) Unfortunately, I did not get a dispatch message until Friday morning, saying my product would be delivered between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. So in total a day longer than what I expected. having said that, the Premium Chorizos, both natural and spicy are AMAZING!!!! Cannot fault the product.

I'm afraid you didn't understand. You missed the cutoff time for Wednesday, so as you rightly point out, it would be despatched on Thursday. If it was going to be despatched on Thursday, how could it be delivered on Thursday as well? That would be a SAME DAY delivery service which is more or less impossible without hiring a dedicated van to bring you your parcel. It is a next day courier service. This is explained very clearly on the website - we even give examples.
