I have never seen such poor service. I didn't even receive the confirmation email, I paid 18 pounds extra for next day shipping and it arrived three days later. Oh yes, and when I received the items they were damaged with bits of the material tearing or already teared off. I'm just appalled. So when I decided I wasn't going to put up with that kind of service, I decided to return the items immediately. I sent them back the next day after I'd received them (and of course I had to pay for the shipping too). I sent an email to the customer service whose "services might be as useful as a barber’s shop on the steps of a guillotine" [External reference removed]. They take ages to reply, making sure to waste as much time as possible by asking useless questions. Anyway, it took me over FOUR MONTHS to return my package as they sent it back the first time with no reason whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting service, and the quality is miserable. I do not advise anybody to buy from their store, check online reviews of the store in question before you purchase anything. Spread the word, this shop shouldn't be allowed to sell anything ever again.
