Very upset......

WHY EVERY TIME I GO TO PUT MY WOWCHER CODES IN THEY ALL SAY INVALID WHEN I HAVE PAID MY MONEY AND GIVEN MY TIME ON YOUR WEBSITE. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THIS SERVICE AND VERY FRUSTRATED I CAN NOT REDEEM MY GIFTS I HAVE PAID FOR . YOU GUYS NEED TO SORT THIS S*** OUT!!!!!!!

We are sorry to hear that you have not been able to redeem your code. We aim to have all of our codes active at the time of issue however on occasion it can take up to 24 hours for them to become live.
