Placed an order on 01/02/13, with an estimated pick up from store date of 15/02/13, (it is 27/02/13 today) the online tracking has been saying in transit since 15/02/13, and nobody knows where it is, I have rung three times this week, being told each time that I will get a call back, which never materialises, the website states that they have the item in stock for anyone else to order, which I would not advise anyone to do, as the money was taken from our account straight away, yet the company seems to be reluctant to provide us with our furniture, very disapointed as I believed this to be a reputable company. My advice avoid,they have major problems, unless you want to spend hours on the phone chasing up your goods, and waiting for phone calls that never materialise. Will I receive my furniture?
