Good product but bad delivery

I have ordered through Vic plumbing twice now and both times the delivery has been very bad, delayed and also the delivery truck wouldn't come down our road and when it eventually did, my builders had to carry everything off the truck. The drivers were extremely unhelpful.

Good value product though and happy with that.

Thank you for your comments. I am very sorry to hear you have had two bad experiences with the delivery of your items. I have passed your comments onto our couriers as they do need to be made aware of situations like this. We do all we can for our customers so it is always very disappointing to hear we are let down by our couriers. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
