I wish I could have done business with Orca

I ordered some replacement memory for my HP dv5244eu laptop.
The memory arrived very quickly (2 days later). Unfortunately the memory was not the correct type. I received DDR2 instead of DDR. My dv5244 laptop has 2 configurations of memory but there is no indication of that from the model. I spoke to Claire who agreed to refund my Paypal payment. This was done on receipt of the memory that I sent back. Orca has excellent customer service and I hope to do business with them in the future.
