We have been in an office by Regus since December 2010. Across the board eveybody is nice and helpful but unfortunately the quality of staff is very inconsistent. We are now at our 3rd centre manager and all three of them have delivered three different level of qualities. I realise that the receptionists at our building might be temps or people who go from location to location, but one of the fixed staff member is completely ill suited for customer service as a receptionist. He is helpful and not rude but I often have the feeling taht whatever question I have is a bother to him and there is just this willingness to go the extra mile that is completely lacking. On the otehr hand there are two receptionists who have been exceptional and just know what a client wants.
In terms of the conference facilities I find it very weird that when hiring a room only for the room without any catering at all I am still charged by the number of people in the room and not just room hire. This is something that I just don't understand. I have hired the room and what does it matter then if there are 2 or ten people in the room. If there had been catering ordered then I of course would understand but not like this.
