The first order placed was dealt with and delivered efficiently,the second order arrived 2 days late and my current order has disappeared into thin air. Despite my numerous phone calls and a so called order tracking system which doesn't seem to keep orders updated, no one from the company can explain the goods whereabouts.
Bet they know where the money they have taken from me is though !!
Unimpressed so far, although on a positive note the phone is answered immediately, no touch tone number options and the tele-sales girls are very pleasant to speak to and seem efficient, so perhaps its time they change carrier to keep customer faith if that is where the weak link in the chain lies ?!

Thank you for taking the time to speak to me today. I did try to contact you again this afternoon. I’m really sorry for the delay and inconvenience in receiving your delivery. I totally understand the hassle and frustration at having to wait three days to receive your delivery and I completely agree that this is not acceptable.
I have raised your feedback with the courier and would like to also pass on their regret and apologies that we have let you down on two occasions. Please come back to me to discuss further and again I’m sorry we let you down.
