We ordered a treadmill online, the next day we got a call to explain that the treadmill had gone out of stock when we ordered it, but they offered to upgrade us to the next model free of charge, which we accepted, delivery was organised and this is when it went a little bit off track so to speak. They use a company called Hiway Express Delivery, we received an email and text to confirm delivery on the date specified and a morning delivery spot. By the afternoon and several phone calls and fob offs from Hiway we were told it would not be delivered, I tried ringing Sweatband but they had closed by this time so I emailed them, we rearranged delivery with Hiway and this time it did arrive when they specified. In the meantime Sweatband got back in touch and assured me that they had put a priority for delivery with Hiway and to let them know if there were any other issues. All in all the experience with Sweatband was very good, it was not their fault that the delivery was cocked up, and they did check up that the delivery had taken place, so I cant fault their customer service and also the product, the treadmill was great we are well happy with it. The only issue I would bring up is using Hiway for delivery, I researched them on the internet when we had a problem, and they do seem to have a few issues.
Used Travelpharm for anti-malarials for our up coming holiday, found they were around the cheapest on the net. I was very impressed with the speed of the service, it was only a couple of days after ordering that they arrived.
We will use the service again.
