i found the service quick and easy to use and i found the website gave the best price compared to the others for the phone i sold. The payment was very quick however the only thing that i think could make this service better would be for the website to provide foc return jiffy bag to send your phone back because other websites do. I had to pay to send via special delivery which is a little pricey.
