I ordered an optical mouse, clicked delivery to collect+ and tracked order online.. Courier stated it had been delivered and left in secure porch.(I dont have a porch) I phoned Very within 20 mins of time driver said he'd delivered. It was a lie, the agent agreed it should've been delivered to collect store anyway. A few emails later I was told driver was returning it as it shouldnt de delivered to collect store when sent direct from manufacturer. Today I had email from Mike Kent telling me in future not to manually change address to a collect store!!! (I cant change their website for goodness sake) I wrote back to the idiot telling him not to accuse me, as I clicked on the collect option, which I presume Very have altered website so the option has now gone... Obviously someone has my order but Very wont remove the cost from my account until its been returned. How can I return something I've never received. I will never shop with them again, ....
