Couldn't deliver on the day they said they could. Said they could deliver later, please telephone to confirm. 0800 number rang it 4 times, answer message saying lines busy.
Thought!!! send an email. Sent email confirm re-vised delivery for next day.
Flowers didn't arrive. Eventually managed to get through by telephone and told emails take three days to read. Total waste of time. I thought I was ordering from a florist in Lechlade, turns out it was some mickey mouse ordering system
