came to you after two bad experiences from booking ,com, in terms of the hote/room not being up to scratch as per spec

so far have not stayed at the hotel booked so this review is only on the booking part done by phone as your ebooking web site wasnt working- specificlly didn't let me put in the dates i wanted at the quoted price
booking by phone prices turned out to be higher .it is important that if customers are offered a price, that this is the price paid on completion
such transparency is the basis of commerce and essential to the the building of trust so you fell down here .
got a girl un delhi , couldn't catch her name properly she was pleasant and helpfull
