I ordered a bedding bale and a booster seat with an activity tray. First the item was meant to be delivered between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, so I stayed in so I could sign for the items! I had to call after 5:30pm as I still had not received them. When it did finally arrive I was missing the tray for the booster seat and the activity tray to go on it. They were closed by the time I received it so had to call the next day. I finally received the activity tray a week later but I am still waiting to receive the tray. It Has been over two weeks since I ordered the items and have had to call twice since.

I have checked your order and I can see that the tray missing was dispatched from us on Monday 25th February 2013 using Royal Mail therefore this should arrive with you shortly.
