Thought they were trustfull but they are not

First I bought two beanbags XXL on their site and I got them very soon at home, so I was very pleased, then I ordered 6 panton chairs in Oktober 2012, I paid for them, but I'm still waiting to get them. They called me to tell me there was a delay until the beginning of januari. My first e-mail to customer service was answered, they told me there was a delay, that was end of januari. The chairs would be delivered end of januari, tomorrow we're march and I still don't have the chairs. I now wrote 4 mails to the support, but they don't answer. I don't know what will happen now.

We are now the 4th of april, I still haven't seen my chairs. Why do you make promises you can't keep. Your callcenter called me and insured me that I would get my chairs in the last week of March.
