Regus

Regus don't go out of their way to help

Our main gripe is aimed at Central Booking in Belfast. We have been using Regus Meeting Rooms for about 10 years, but there is no 'bond' there. We hold in excess of 160 days of training per year around the UK - and our use of Regus venues is getting less and less because of their price structure and attitude towards established clients like ourselves. At times they are unresponsive to queries or room requests, dogmatic about what is provided in the room, and inflexible about timings. It seems they go out of their way to make things difficult and some of the venue staff don't seem to be aware of the products their Company offers.
It's a shame really because Regus have a really good product with great flexibility but don't seem to be customer-focused - if there were another Company offering similar products then I would not use Regus and go elsewhere.
