Great product and brilliant service

I was amazed to receive my tailor made blinds within a few days of ordering. When I came to put them up I couldn't get the mechanism for raising and lowering to work properly. I phoned up for some advice and the company said it was difficult to help over the phone so said they would make a whole new set of blinds for me! I looked at the mechanism again after coming off the phone. After a little more fiddling I got them all working and phoned the company back to let them know. I was really impressed with the purchase and end result. They look really great.
My only criticism is with the instruction leaflet. I found the instructions a bit confusing and the fitting all looked a lot harder than it was in reality. I think a picture showing the end result and where the brackets go etc would be really helpful.
