Dragging it out ad-infinitum!

Hi Im having the same issue as everybody else so can catagorically say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I sent in an Iphone 4 , was told it has excessive wear and tear ( the home button was a bit sticky) so they reduced the price offered, now I have spent the best part of 2 weeks calling and emailing Cash4phones trying to get the money that has now been marked as Paid on my account. I have recieved and email saying 3 -5 days or up to 7 or more before it turns up in my bank) But we all know a banktransfer is instant or at most a day or 2 at most!? I am seriously hard up at the moment and the money from that phone was supposed to be keeping me afloat but instead Cash4phones is perpetuating my problems! I have to say though, everyone I spoke to were polite and seemingly helpful but the process itself is terrible if you want a quick and easy transaction
