Dull Customer Service

I called customer service to amend my order five minutes after placing it. The person over the phone - although was able to help me 100% - sound very dull and bored. I initially was not sure whether she was listening to me at all. 5 stars for WAE competitive prices and ability to solve my problem though.

Bad service

I paid for next day delivery because I needed my order quite urgently trusting I would receive it on the next day or, latest, the day after the next day given the fact that I placed the order in the afternoon. Since there was no sign of delivery after three days, I emailed them and they, only then, advised that what I requested was not on stock. They tried to deliver days later when I was not at home to sign, so I had to go to the nearest post deposit to retrieve the package. Very bad service considering that they even refused to refund the postage fee. That was my first time using getlenses and I am not impressed at all, I will go back to my usual, other online supplier, few pennies difference but much more faster and reliable.

Thanks, for your reply Lindsay. However, I did pay for next day delivery, even because you offer free delivery on non urgent orders!!!! You are not perfect, I am afraid...

Hello Fabiana, Thank you for taking the time to review us. I have checked your order and there was no payment made by you for next day delivery. We also state clearly on our website that theses lenses are shipped in 2-4 working days. The lenses were shipped in 4 working days. We have spend the last 2 quarters increasing our stock levels and now stock over 1 million lenses which ensure the fastest delivery possible.
