Horrific, no communication, mis-selling, no clarity

I was delighted to visit Preston the Docklands and was given a price I could not refuse, when the the invoice was sent to me, it was literally £100 more than was quoted, when challenged they gave me some bull about it being an average price!!

I had an invoice which was due to be rolled back, even confirmed in an email!! Was it rolled back? Nooo!!

You speak with the accounts department and the support team and they are totally oblivious to what you are talking about, no communication between location and head office.

Complaint made to head office over a month ago, not heard a peep back.

This is an issue i will be taking to the county court,

Be very wary before you sign any agreement and get the price quoted set in stone and in black and white.

Big mistake!!

I only gave a 1 star rating as the review software will not allow me to rate any lower!!
