QUOTATION FOR AIR FARE PROVIDED MADE THE PAYMENT AND ALSO SPOKE TO THEIR MEMBER WHILE I WAS FILLING ALL THE DETAILS ON LINE.GREAT EVERY THING SEEMS OK I RECEIVE AN EMAIL STATING RESEVATION HAS BEEN MADE AWAITING TICKET NUMBER THIS APROX.23.55 ON SATURDAY EVENING THE FLIGHT IS @ 08.55 SUNDAY MORNING .EMAIL MENTIONED THAT IF THE FLIGHT IS LESS THAN 24HRS I NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES IF I HAVENT RECEIVED THE TICKET NUMBER AFTER 20MINS OF RECEVING THIS EMAIL. I PHONED THEM AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR THE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY I WILL RECIEVE IT WITHIN 2 HRS SO WAITED AND WAITED TILL ABOUT 0400HRS ON SUNDAY MORNING I PHONED BACK AND BANG THIS PERSON TOLD ME THAT WRONG PRICE WAS GIVEN TO ME AND THE AIR LINE HAS INCREASED THEIR PRICE I DID INFORM HIM THAT I WAS SPEAKING TO HIS COLLEGUE WHILE I WAS FILLING ALL THE DETAILS ONLINE......BUT NOTHING ....... I LEFT AT THAT AND PURCHASED THE TICKET FROM AIRPORT FOR THE SAME FLIGHT AND SAME CARRIER.....
NEVER AGAIN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EBOOKERS TO ANY ONE NOT EVEN MY ENEMIES.................VERY DISAPOINTED..........................
