Much the same experience as everyone else, no delivery, no cards no service, no communication, no good. On every occasion I have had to wait on a Yodel delivery I have wasted days and ended up collecting myself. Tesco, Argos Virgin what is wrong with you why do you persist with such pitiful performance ? It's your reputation that gets damaged as well.
Only way to speak to a human at Yodel is to phone as new customer.
