Happy with the service. Driver was friendly & helpful, and things arrived very promptly (11am delivery and 36 hours after ordering). The bed/furniture company said that someone would phone in advance to confirm delivery day. Didn't happen (but perhaps their job not xdp's?) but luckily I was in anyway.
I found this page through Google whilst tracking my delivery online and was very nervous seeing all the bad experiences people have had so just wanted to reassure others waiting for deliveries that it's not all bad! My experience was very decent.
Since leaving this review, I have opened the boxes to discover that the bed has arrived damaged. Not sure where in the chain of things this happened but I notice that the delivery guy propped the box against the wall in a way that concealed a visible mark on the cardboard box. Coincidence..? Not sure what to think. Really upset.
