I ordered carbon filters for a cooker hood, but found out they didn't fit when I receive them, so my mistake. When I called to get a refund, they told me I would be refunded for the item only, not the delivery to me, fair enough. I told them I could send them back to them, I would pay Royal Mail for the return post, but they said I had to send them back with their free post label. So they deducted another £5.25 for this, and refunded only 1 item.
When I called them today, I had a very bad mannered man on the phone, who then accused me of lying when I said he misunderstood me. This was surreal! I have never experienced such an AWFUL after sale service.
I can't believe Argos is associated with them! I should have read the reviews here before ordering...
