I had ordered a blue music bag for my daughter and received an email to say it was dispatched. I waited 4 days so i emailed them. Within 5 mins i received an email back to say the item was out of stock and did i want a different item or color, a very nice email. So i asked for purple and they dispatched the item straight away and i received it within 2 days. They apologized for sending out the email to say the first item was dispatched etc. when it really was out of stock. They were quick at responding and honest .
