Pathetic Customer Service, I am stuck with money.

Writing again because i couldn't find my last review that helped me get my hands on their useless refund form from a cust care rep Simon. They haven't returned my money and it's almost a month since i have sent the form. In fact I didn't hear from them after that. To suffice, here is the mail chain I have sent them several times to Beautybay. If you want to keep my money, please let me know. Or let me know when my money will be refunded. many thanks.

I recently found your website and I must say I was very excited about it. Being a frequent online shopper, I know sometimes it takes a little longer to get the items shipped to india/International destinations. But a good customer service is what keeps the buyers at ease because there is someone who is listening to you. I am afraid it is not happening in this case. I am also getting-
1. automated responses
2. it's been over a month and no sign of my items.
3. checked with local postal services, but they haven't received anything from beauty bay.
4. I had placed some other orders with UK based websites and they have been delivered.

i am still hopeful that I'd receive my order because you do have some positive feedback. But you will have to improve your customer services because this is where you lack big time. People who received their order on time ahve no complaints. But people who have issues with their orders (any issue) are disapointed. Same with me!
