I bought a pair of Audioengine A5 speakers more than 2 years ago. Very happy with their original service, good price, speedy shipping etc.
But recently the speakers broke (faulty amp I think) and they were still under the 3-year manufacturer's warranty. Audio Affair honour all the manufacturer warranties, so I sent the speakers back to them.
There was quite a delay in a decision whether to repair or replace them, but this was the manufacturer's fault. Audio Affair kept me up to date with what was happening. This took a while, as they were waiting on a shipment of parts and products from the manufacturer in the USA.
For my troubles and patience Audio Affair gave me a free pair of the Audioengine A5+, the newer, £100 more expensive model that replaced my A5. Came via next day shipping. I'm sure if it wasn't for the manufacturer being slow this would have been resolved a lot sooner. Currently listening to my new speakers and a happy customer now.
