Great concert, shame about the cost of the tickets

I ordered 4 tickets from Viagogo for the Bon Jovi concert in Manchester. The price charged for each ticket was £84.99 which I assmed was the face value of each ticket, which is fact wasn't the case. The face value of each ticket.was £65.00 so there was a mark up on each ticket of £20.00!!! On top of the price of the tickets there was a £51 booking fee, £16.41 delivery fee and £10.00 VAT (not sure what that was for) In total I paid £417.59 for tickets that should have cost £260.00. I think that is extortionate!!! As if to rub salt into my wounds the same tickets were on sale on a site called Travelzoo a couple of weeks before the concert for £34.00 each!!!! Even more frustarting is the fact that I had one ticket spare as one of my party couldn't go to the concert. I was offered £10 for this ticket by a tout outside the ground!!! That really hurt!! In spite of my disgust with the outrageous cost of my tickets, the concert itself was fantastic. I will definately go to see Bon Jovi again , I will definately NOT be purchasing my tickets through viagogo. Just as a footnote, Jon Bon Jovi donates millions of pounds to charities all over the world, it would ease my pain if viagogo were to donate some of the money made in profit from me (and the many others who paid well over the odds for their tickets) to a good cause

viagogo charges 15% of the ticket price to buyers and 10% to sellers. Our role is to oversee every transaction and guarantee every ticket. We have a customer service team operating 7 days a week, 12 hours a day and our guarantee means we will step in to find replacement tickets to ensure that customers receive tickets in time for the event.

I returned the goods to you on the 19th Feb but to date (28th. Feb) have not received acknowledgement of return of goods or a refund.

I have checked your account and can confirm that your returns have not yet been received and processed. Kindly note, we do ask customers to allow up to 21 days for this process to be completed.

If you have not been refunded after this time, please do contact us at customerservices@boohoo.com so that we may investigate.
