Good service, product just not up to the task

Our company made the decision on cost to purchase the Safescan TA-850 T&A System. Visually it is identical to a proximity system we have on site with a client, however this model works by scanning the fingerprint of the user. After persisting with it for 2 to 3 weeks, our client has requested we remove it from their premises as the scanning function is extremely temperamental. I will be contacting Paperstone to seek reimbursement. We did require some support from Paperstone shortly after purchasing the system, they were very accommodating, I would have no issues using them again if required, although we wont be purchasing any Safescan products.
