Ordered a sunhat which arrived the following day, item was packaged appropiately but the colour was not to my liking (no fault of the seller).
I returned the sunhat which the seller recieved the next day and the refund was also actioned on the same day, extremely happy with the service and SafariQuip is now a permanent addition to my Favourties bar.
I also spoke to a lady at the company to confirm that I was sending the item and also when it was received, cannot fault the call i any way
