Tile order was confirmed by mail and followed up with phone call. One tub of adhesive out of stock but rather than ask me to wait, the rest of the order was shipped and the last tub sent the following day.
Phone call 1/2hr before delivery to say they were on the way which gave me time to get ready.
One item damaged in transit and a no quibble - 'we'll send another' response made a pleasant change.

All in all a great experience and happy to recommend to anyone.
